The E-Light procedure

The E-Light device is a combination of IPL energy and RF radio waves. It allows, among other things, to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin. This is done by reaching deeper layers of the skin thanks to the intensified action of IPL, enriched with the properties of radio waves 

Removing discolorations

During the procedure, the excess pigment in the skin is heated, which reduces spots and discolorations. In the case of small discolorations, the effect is visible almost immediately. Larger skin lesions disappear with the fall of a small, post-treatment scab.

Hair removal

Melanin contained in the hair follicle is absorbed by the action of IPL light. As a result of high temperature, the structure of the hair follicle is destroyed, which leads to hair loss. It is worth noting that the hair removal procedure with the E-Light laser is completely safe for the surrounding tissues. 

Photo rejuvenation treatment

The device allows for non-invasive skin rejuvenation. Thanks to the safe increase in skin temperature during the procedure, there is an increased production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid by stimulating fibroblasts. This results in rejuvenation and refreshing of the skin's appearance.

Reduction of vascular changes

The temperature generated by the E-Light device allows for the sealing of vessels, while simultaneously breaking down the dye. Additionally, redness and capillaries become less visible thanks to a significant improvement in the condition of the skin, which becomes thicker and firmer. 

Acne Treatment

The heat generated by the laser contributes to the formation of molecules that kill anaerobic Propionibacterium acnes bacteria, which are one of the factors responsible for the development of acne. The effect of the treatment is a significant reduction in inflammation and a decrease in sebum secretion, which also has a positive effect on the effects of acne treatment. 

Anesthesia

The E-Light device head is equipped with a special cooling module that soothes discomfort and possible irritation. For people with a very low pain threshold, it is possible to apply a local anesthetic cream. 

Post-treatment recommendations

After the procedure using the E-Light device, the patient can return to their normal lifestyle. It is only necessary to remember to protect the skin from direct sunlight. For this purpose, it is recommended to use an SPF 50 filter. Solarium and sauna should also be avoided for a few days. After the procedure of hair removal in the armpit area, deodorants containing alcohol should not be used for a period of 24-48 hours.
